Join our dynamic data science team to work on the end-to-end delivery of use cases and enhance our platform for more profound user experience. Key responsibilities:

• Business Understanding: Analyse and understand business demands related to GenAI, identifying key requirements and objectives.
• Data Understanding: Gather and explore relevant data sources, ensuring data quality and suitability for GenAI applications.
• Data Preparation: Collected and prepare data, creating datasets that are ready for ai-system development.
• Modeling: Develop AI Systems, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques and tools such as Large Language Models, Azure Cloud, Databricks, Google Cloud
• Evaluation: Assess model performance using appropriate metrics, ensuring models meet business and technical requirements.
• Deployment: Implement and integrate GenAI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitoring, Maintenance and Stakeholder Management: Continuously monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality. Communicate results to the business.
  
  

You check these boxes:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or a similar field within a large corporation, ideally in the financial services sector.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning concepts, models and architectures (transformers, large language models, evaluation metrics), with proficiency in generative AI.
• Significant proficiency in SQL and languages like Python, PySpark and/or Scala as well as experience with popular machine learning libraries (langchain, sklearn, etc.).
• Experience in cloud and application development as well as sufficient software engineering skills (authentication, version control, object oriented programming, design patterns, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in Graph Databases is plus (Neo4j)
• Proven track record of delivering machine learning use-cases, preferably in the modern field of ai-systems.
• Be able to communicate technical concepts in simple terms to various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of German (e.g. B2) is a plus.
• Used to work in a fast pace environment with fluently changing requirements as well as a Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in exploring new ideas and techniques.
• Team player, able to work collaboratively with people at all levels.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and maintain a positive attitude, even when facing criticism.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2800,- gross per month for this full time position.
