We develop and maintain key systems in Asset and Wealth Management, working closely with Erste Asset Management (EAM) to deliver high-quality, data-driven services. 

  

Join our Workflow and Case Management Platform team and help operating and developing our process digitalization platform. This is a hands-on role – you will be part of the team from day 1. With your colleagues from SK and AT (frequent travel to Vienna possible and desirable) you shape the world in which our platform consumers build workflows for their customers.

Step into the world of digital transformation from day one - learning how to design and build smart technical components for workflows and integrations. You'll explore best practices in Pega Design, Process Mining and cutting-edge features, while being right at the center of the AI revolution that's reshaping how processes work.

  • You have a natural confidence with your communication skills and you don’t have fear to state your constructive criticism.

Job requirements

You check these boxes:

  • Enrolled student with on-going program at Slovak University 

  • You have solid Java skills and a first basic understanding of business processes 

  • You are curious about how things work  

  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
