In the Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM) department, we provide services around our customers for varied areas of Erste Group. One major part is developing and maintaining our customer-database and its business-APIs, ensuring smooth implementation processes in a challenging environment where our data is building the foundation for several solutions.
What to do:
Our CLM department is composed of internal and external colleagues both near- and offshore. We are responsible for the development of high-quality customer APIs, analyzing current processes and digitalize them by using our platform environment to service all stakeholders who are involved in our business. As part of our team, you will receive thorough training to fulfill the requested tasks.
Your tasks include:
Managing a complex core banking solution with a high number of users and transactions:
Leading and coordinating a team of technical business analysts and developers to ensure a smooth requirement engineering process
Preparing security-relevant tests
Creating and maintaining security-relevant documentation
Monitoring
Analyzing of solution functions with complex logic and high interdependence:
Conducting technical business analysis and requirements engineering
Documenting in Jira and Confluence
3rd level support and bug analysis
Defining and Specifying REST APIs
Manual Testing of REST APIs and host services
Supporting solution architects in solution design
Collaborating close with various stakeholders throughout Erste Group
Job requirements

Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now
Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
Passion for business processes and continuous learning.
Proficiency with core banking systems or willingness to acquire necessary skills
Familiarity with methods related to process- and requirements management
Good communication, stress-resilience, and a respectful attitude towards others

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective IT collective agreement is EUR 53.802,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
