As Senior HR Controller (all humans), you will play a key role in steering our personnel cost strategy and enabling data-driven decisions that shape the future of our organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the group.
What to do:
Planning, budgeting & forecasting of personnel costs in alignment with Group strategy
Setting and monitoring HR KPIs to support the business in achieving cost and workforce targets
Regular reporting of personnel cost development to top management and contribution to strategic projects
Continuous development of HR reporting and controlling tools (e.g. visualization & automation)
Close collaboration with Finance, Controlling, Division Heads, HR Business Partners and top management
Job requirements
You check these boxes:
University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Several years of experience in HR controlling or payroll accounting
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP (CO/HR/SuccessFactors); Tableau is a plus
Strong analytical skills, team spirit and proactive mindset
Self-driven and reliable working style with a focus on high-quality execution
Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2800,-- gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
