What to do:

• Elaborates a design for a solution based on business requirements and ensures the compatibility of the design within the given architectural framework
• Documents the design according to used principles (Confulence, JIRA) and discuss new architectural needs within the team
• Implements software based on an elaborated design for a solution and ensures adherence to coding standards and perform code reviews
• Identifies and realize nonfunctional needs required for a solution
• Applies knowledge of Jupyter-based development and cloud services (esp. Google Cloud) during implementation
• Cooperates on the implementation of new test methods and supports solution-wide testing
• Evaluates and implements automated testing of developed components and beyond within the solution scope
• Adds implementation related information to the Information Security Documentation (ISD)

You check these boxes:

• At least 3 years of experience working with Python and Python packages in the similar position
• Knowledge of relevant IDE (JupyterHub, Cloud services), documentation tools (Confulence) and relevant build, repository and deploy tools (Bitbucket, Artifactory)
• Software architecture, product development and secure coding principles knowledge
• Experience with database integration and data flows (Google Cloud, Hadoop, Real-time tech., Kafka)
• Good analytical thinking, communication skills and organization skills
• Focus on teamwork and goal orientation
• Knowledge of Project Management and ITIL

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.600,- gross per month for this full time position.
