What to do:
As an Agile Coach & Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in empowering our DevOps teams to deliver high-quality public cloud platforms and automation toolstacks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence. Your experience with Agile methodologies, combined with a deep understanding of DevOps practices, will help us achieve our goals of rapid, reliable, and scalable cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Practices:
- Lead and coach DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring the successful adoption of Agile best practices.
Scrum Mastery:
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple DevOps teams, guiding them through Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring that sprints are effective and productive.
- Help define and track key performance metrics to measure team progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Guides the team on how to get the most from self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, helping teams to enhance their processes, tools, and practices.
Collaboration:
- Foster strong collaboration between DevOps, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of goals.
Mentorship & Training:
- Provide mentorship to team members and conduct training sessions to promote Agile and DevOps principles across the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on refining and maintaining the Product backlog.
- Work closely with managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with business goals.
- Ensuring work is transparent, visible and clear to all stakeholders.
Job requirements
You check these boxes:
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role
- Experience with Atlassian tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience in applying Agile principles
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications and additional DevOps certifications are a plus.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are welcome.
- Willingness to travel to Vienna (at least once a week).

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2300 gross per month for this full time position.
