Erste Digital Department RLD is responsible for IT solutions covering customer ratings and loan decisions for the entire Erste Group. The department manages the whole project lifecycle (requirement analysis, technical analysis and solution design, development, factory and customer testing) and handles operational tasks related to the solutions in its area of competence.

To be prepared for the upcoming new services in Risk Management environment, RLD is looking for an IT Application Manager to strengthen the existing Operation team.

What to do:

• Operational ownership of an IT application:

o   incident & problem management

o   capacity & performance management

o   financial budgeting contract management

o   vendor management

o   information security

• Single point of contact for business stakeholders

• Playing a key role in the definition of your technical application strategy and architecture

• Managing infrastructure related projects

You check these boxes:

• Graduation in IT related formal education and / or practical experience in similar position

• Profound knowledge in

  o   IT Service Management

  o   IT Infrastructure (Network/Server/Middleware/Database)

  o   Multitier and service oriented application architecture

  o   Classic and agile software development lifecycle

• Strong customer oriented working attitude

• Able to work in complex, multicultural environments

• Good organisational skills, managing divers tasks in parallel

• Distinct communication ability

• ITIL certification will be an advantage

• Basic banking knowledge

• 3+ years experience in similar positions

• Languages:

  o   English – fluent (written and spoken)

  o   German or CEE language of advantage

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.800,- gross per month for this full time position.
