What to do:

• Helping teams and management with administrative tasks

• Regular financial reporting

• Preparing and maintaining effort booking plan

• Preparing and maintaining operational dashboards

• Monitoring of service level objectives and KPIs

• Maintaining service catalogues

• Helping teams with simple operational tasks
  

You check these boxes:

• Fluent in English, German is advantage but not mandatory

• Familiar with basic banking processes

• Familiar with IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL)

• Any programming skill (java, shell scripting, python,..) is an advantage

• Excellent organizational skills, reliable, fast learner

• MS office tools (excel, power point, teams,..)
