Technical Analyst/Solution Analyst for Enterprise Content Mgmt. & Processes (all humans) #pega

ECMP Enterprise Content Department is looking for experienced support in a transformation project from an internal Activity Management Tool to a new workflow management platform (Pega). Furthermore, support in maintenance and improvements of existing products to ensure state of the art operations.

What to do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional requirements for workflow automation and process management systems

• Translate business processes into technical specifications for workflow engines like Pega

• Design and document BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) diagrams and workflow schemas

• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization

• Define integration points with existing core systems and support in enabling the team by providing technical integration documentation

• Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Lead the development team through implementation and pilot rollouts

You check these boxes:

• Good command of both English and German is required (B2 or C1 level)

• Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now

• Ability to look at requirements from both perspectives: provider (server) and client side

• Integration focused - An ability to use tools like Swagger, Apiary, Chrome DevTools, Postman or SoapUI or understand SQL language

• Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams

• Strong understanding of workflow engines (Pega, Camunda, JBPM or similar) or willingness to acquire necessary skills

• Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements

• Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53,802-- gross per year.
