What to do:

• Collaboration with fast-moving, multi-disciplinary product teams, collaborating with business and solution analysts, product owners, developers, users and stakeholders.

• Supporting UX activities based on human centered design process

• Establishing a deeper understanding of user needs and requirements for business applications.

• Adapt UX methods to project and agile approach, participate in sketching phases

• Support by preparing presentations towards key stakeholders and management.

• Participate in increasing UX awareness and maturity within Erste Group
