What to do:

• Daily operational monitoring and analysis of security and operations events from multiple consoles/sources on business day shift basis

• Perform IT and Security operations and incident management which includes monitoring, triaging and analysis of events from securities settlement systems and their timely escalation

• Follow-up on remediation activities and outstanding operation ticket, including development and maintenance of relevant documentation for continuous improvements of Erste Digital operations

• Support development of bug fixes; ideal for junior developer
  

You check these boxes:

• Enrolled at university

• Knowledge on ITIL or ITSM is an advantage

• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Databases, ideally cloud

• Theoretical or practical experience with Java EE, T-SQL, Shell Scripting

• Collaborative, self-discipline, and team focus

• Passion for teamwork and continuous learning

• Fluent English, German is an advantage
