What to do:

• Helping teams and management with administrative tasks

• Preparing onboarding documentation

• Analysis of user rights

• Preparing and maintaining Newsletters (ppt.), presentations (ppt.)

• Organizational topics

• Maintaining service catalogues

• Helping teams administrative tasks

You check these boxes:

• Fluent in English, German is advantage but not mandatory

• Familiar with basic banking processes

• Familiar with IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) is an advantage

• Any programming skill in MSSQL is an advantage

• Excellent organizational skills, reliable, fast learner

• MS office tools (excel, power point, teams,..) is mandatory
