What to do:

Meeting & Communication Support

  • Help schedule and organize project and Agile ceremonies (e.g., Stand-ups, Reviews, Tribe Syncs).

  • Prepare agendas and distribute meeting materials.

  • Take clear meeting minutes and track action items.

  • Keep project documents and meeting notes organized and up to date.

Project Coordination

  • Support communication between tribe teams/ stakeholders/ etc

  • Assist with preparing project status updates and tracking progress on key tasks and milestones.

  • Help ensure teams stay aligned on priorities and deadlines.

Budget & Risk Assistance

  • Support simple budget tracking tasks such as collecting updates and preparing summaries.

  • Assist in documenting risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Any other activities related to the above as agreed with the team. 

Job requirements

You check these boxes:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Management/Project Management, Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, or another related field.

  • Status of University student in Slovakia, availability to work 20 hours per week.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to project delivery within an Agile tribe setup.

  • Strong interest in project coordination, meeting organization, stakeholder communication, and digital/IT project environments.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.

  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, hands‑on mindset.

  • Detail-oriented with an analytical approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) is beneficial but not required.

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

  • Language: fluent in English - mandatory; German and/or Slovak are an advantage
