We are looking for a motivated university student to support our team in project management and IT delivery activities. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across project coordination, business analysis, software development, and testing activities while working with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

What to do:

Development & Technical Support

• Support IT teams with documentation of technical solutions.

• Assist in coordinating development activities and releases.

• Help maintain development-related artifacts and knowledge repositories.

• Perform basic technical analysis and research tasks.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.

• Validate application functionality and document findings.

• Report and track defects during testing cycles.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Assist in maintaining testing documentation.

Project Management Office (PMO) Support

• Assist in project tracking, reporting, and status updates.

• Maintain project documentation and meeting minutes.

• Support preparation of presentations, dashboards, and project reports.

• Follow up on action items and coordinate with project stakeholders.

• Help manage project plans, risk registers, and delivery milestones.

You check these boxes:

• Currently enrolled at slovak university in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Interest in IT project management and software delivery processes.

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Detail-oriented and well organized.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Basic SQL knowledge.

• Previous internship or project experience in IT.

• Interest in software testing and quality assurance.
