Student Part-Time Data Engineer (all humans)

Our team operates and supports core enterprise BI platforms (WebFocus, Tableau, MSSAS) and delivers high-quality, reporting-ready data. We empower data-driven decisions by providing a governed self-service reporting environment for Austria, enabling users to explore and analyze data independently.

What to do:

• Support data engineers with coding and maintaining data pipelines

• Assist with migrating data pipelines and databases from Oracle to Databricks (cloud)

• Work with structured data and contribute to data processing tasks

• Help ensure data quality and reliability across pipelines

• Collaborate with the team on improving data workflows and solutions

• Gain hands-on experience with modern data platforms and tools

You check these boxes:

• Knowledge of SQL and a solid understanding of data and databases

• Interest in data engineering and working with data pipelines

• Willingness to learn about cloud technologies and modern data platforms

• Familiarity with Oracle databases is a plus

• Experience or interest in Python and Spark-based platforms is an advantage

• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new technical skills
