What to do:

• Communicate with business, developers, business analysts and technical infrastructure personnel

• Design, implement and maintain internal set of Spring Boot libraries to be used throughout the company

• Utilize monitoring tools to ensure system stability and performance 

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies to ensure state-of-the-art operations 

• Participation in the requirements analysis (including technical/IT architecture analysis) and estimations 

• Ensuring clear/transparent documentation by using specific tools (Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams) and transparent description of stories/tasks and associated releases by using JIRA and/or other agreed means

• Act as trusted advisor on designing Java centric solutions

• Build libraries and micro-frameworks to improve development efficiency and break down code complexity

• Experienced in web development using Java, Springboot

• Understand the way Spring applications are written and you are familiar with the challenges that microservices bring

• Familiar with designing and building distributed and scalable systems on Kubernetes/OpenShift in a DevOps manner

• Know and care about engineering practices like continuous delivery, defensive programming and automated testing

• Comfortable writing high quality and easily maintainable code in a variety of styles

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2800,- gross per month for this full time position.
