Join our Microsoft 365 & SaaS team to help improve and expand our services for Erste Group. You will work with Product and Business Owners, Security and colleagues to manage technical operations, incident resolution and coordination with vendors/suppliers. Your responsibilities will include setting up new SaaS services and improving Microsoft 365 Services such as Exchange online, Teams, Office, and Planner.


What to do:

  • Collaborate in an agile team to operate and extend Microsoft 365 Services for 22,000 users
  • Support and advise business partners on new and existing features
  • Implement requirements and develop services to optimize Microsoft 365 Services for our business
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure proper operation of Microsoft 365 Services
  • Plan and execute projects for business partners, working closely with related teams
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 and other SaaS Services to ensure top-notch user experience
  • Adhere to necessary processes for proper operation of services

Job requirements

You check these boxes:

  • Technical background and experience with Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange online, Teams, M365 Apps, EntraID, etc.)
  • Prior experience in SaaS, compliance, security & information protection
  • Learning agility - you want to learn new skills and apply them to our architecture and IT landscape
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Excellent English skills (C1); proficiency in written and spoken German is a plus 
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment

  • A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.500,- gross per month for this full time position.
