What to do:
Manage smaller to medium-sized projects and deliver results within budget constraints
Identify key stakeholders, clarify roles and responsibilities, and manage them throughout the project
Work with the business/product owner to come up with project scope, prioritize goals, and ensure timely deliverables
Set up overall project planning & controlling, with a focus on managing the critical path
Manage project risks and issues, and plan resources for work packages
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members in business and IT areas
Manage IT solution providers, both internally and externally, to deliver specified results
Job requirements
You check these boxes:
Advanced project management skills with minimum 3 years experience managing end-to-end projects in banking, IT, Telco or insurance industry
University degree in economics, computer science, or related technical discipline
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE); Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is an advantage
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks, respond to ad hoc requirements, and resolve conflicts without unnecessary escalation
Possess process and solution orientation as well as strong presentation and communication skills
General understanding of main banking business related regulatory requirements
Fluency in English (verbal and written communication), additional knowledge of German and a Central European language as an advantage

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53.802,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
