What to do:

  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and shape the workforce aligned with our strategy

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to our managers along the whole employee lifecycle

  • Ensure the execution of central HR processes as well as develop tailored HR initiatives to support the Division’s needs and foster employee engagement

  • Participate in the implementation of transformation activities and collaborate with the Group People & Culture team to deliver innovative HR solutions fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees

  • Use HR data and metrics to steer strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table

Job requirements

You check these boxes:

  • Several years of experience in a holistic HR position, ideally in technology area / IT

  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving execution

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal)

  • A deep understanding of HR best practices and instruments

  • Profound knowledge of the Slovakian labor market, including labor law; knowledge of the Austrian labor market is a plus

  • A passion for technology and innovation as well as understanding of the needs and expectations of tech talents

  • A creative mindset with the ability to act out of your comfort zone
