Do you want to transform the way employees experience their journey at Erste Group — from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on process expert who can break down silos, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful change across departments.
What to do:
Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes along the entire Employee Journey, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences.
Act as a cross-functional connector, breaking down silos and enabling collaboration between HR, IT, and business units.
Lead change management initiatives and design employee training programs to support process transformation.
Operate as a “nomad” function — stepping in where needed to support departments hands-on with process improvements.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using data-driven insights and proven methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for process changes.
Job requirements
You check these boxes:
Several years of proven experience in process management and optimization, ideally in corporate or consulting environments.
Demonstrated success in leading and executing process improvement projects.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Highly flexible, resilient, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
Bonus: Experience with HR and SAP systems, and familiarity with tools like Tableau or Databricks.

The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 55.176,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
