What to do:

• Define and implement compensation and benefit policies across multiple countries (AT/SK/CZ)
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, including pay equity and collective agreements
• Conduct salary and labor market research to establish benchmarks
• Lead and coordinate the annual merit increase cycle
• Analyze compensation and benefit data and provide input for various reports
• Execute operational tasks such as year-end closure, bonus accruals, and budget tracking

You check these boxes:

• University education and relevant experience in area of compensations & benefits
• Profound knowledge of Slovak labour law as well as principles of the Austrian payroll system and labor law
• Experience with SAP HR modul, previous experience with payroll agenda is of advantage
• Fluent English, German skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our Vienna office

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.200,- gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
