What to do:

  • Define and implement compensation and benefit policies across multiple countries (SK/CZ)
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation, including pay equity and collective agreements
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to establish benchmarks
  • Lead and coordinate the annual merit increase cycle
  • Analyze compensation and benefit data and provide input for various reports
  • Execute operational tasks such as year-end closure, bonus accruals, and budget tracking

Job requirements

You check these boxes:

  • University education and relevant experience in area of compensations & benefits in a similar position or HRBP covering compensation know-how
  • Profound knowledge of Slovak labour law
  • Experience with SAP HR modul, previous experience with payroll agenda is of advantage
